New Horizons Plaza is a HUD supported housing project designated for those low-income persons disabled by mental illness.

New Horizons Plaza features 11 one-bedroom apartments, a community room and a laundry room. Handicapped accessible units are available. Shopping, dining and community services are a short walk from New Horizons Plaza.
