South Central Behavioral Services Rehabilitation programs are designed to assist individuals diagnosed with mental illness and/or substance abuse to lead the most productive and satifying lives possible.  

Eligibility for participation in a Rehabilitation program is based upon the following criteria as defined by the State of Nebraska:

• Age 19 or older
• A primary diagnosis of schizophrenia, major affective disorder, or other major mental illness.
• At risk of hospitalization or severely dysfunctional living
• Demonstrate functional impairment which substantially interferes with two or more major life areas. 

Our programs include Day Rehabilitation, Community Support and Able House .

Rehabilitiation Services have been CARF accredited since 1996. Some South Central Behavioral Services programs are partially funded with County, State and/or Federal funds.
