Tracker services are designed for youth designated as status offenders or law violators. Youth are referred to this program by parole and probation officers.

Trackers make both announced and unannounced contacts with youth at home, work, school and in the community on a random basis. Trackers work with youth to increase compliance with service plans and increase family stability.
